Two-Time Second-Team All-Pro
A wide receiver for USC, Chandler was the MVP of the 1970 Rose Bowl. The Buffalo Bills took him in the sixth round of the 1971 NFL draft and the played with the Bills for nine seasons, where he was named Second-Team All-Pro in 1975 and 1977. Chandler played for the Oakland Raiders from 1980 to 1982 and was a member of the Super Bowl XV champions. He died at age 45 of lung cancer in 1995.
