Member of the Pro Football Hall of Fame

A graduate of Southern Mississippi, Guy was the first punter to ever be selected in the first round of the NFL draft when to Oakland Raiders took him with the 23rd overall pick. The decision proved to be a wise one as Guy played all fourteen of his NFL seasons with the Raiders, winning three Super Bowls and being selected to seven Pro Bowls (1973-'78, '80). Guy was named to the All-1970s team, the NFL's 75 Anniversary Team, was a 2004 College Football Hall of Fame inductee and in 2014 he became the first punter to be enshrined in the Pro Football Hall of Fame.
