DeCinces was a third baseman with the Orioles, Angels and Cardinals for fifteen seasons. His best season was 1982 with the Angels where he batted .301 with 30 home runs and 97 R.B.I. and won the Silver Slugger Award. For his career, he hit .259 with 237 home runs and 879 R.B.I.
