Hobbs won eight career doubles titles. She reached the finals of the 1983 Australian Open and the 1984 U.S. Open with Wendy Turnbull. She also reached the 1987 Australian Open mixed doubles final with Andrew Castle. She won two career singles titles, Indianapolis in 1983 and Auckland in 1985. Hobbs posted a career singles record of 39-51 and 71-45 in doubles.
