Voted as the Yankees' all-time third baseman, Nettles was an All-Star six times (1975, '77-80 & '85). He played 22 seasons with the Indians, Twins, Yankees, Padres, Braves and Expos. Nettles led the American League in home runs with 32 in 1976 and won the Gold Gloves in 1977 and '78. He finished his career with a .248 batting average, 390 home runs and 1,319 R.B.I.
