Porter was Canadian Ice Dance champion with Barbara Berezowski in 1975 and '76. They finished 10th at the 1976 Winter Olympics. In the World Championships, Berezowski and Porter finished 15th in 1973 & '75; 9th in 1975 and 7th in 1976.
