1976 Olympic Open Class Silver Medalist
Remfry took a bronze medal at the 1971 World Championships in the heavyweight class, but finished only tied for 16th at the 1972 Olympics. He captured another bronze medal at the 1973 World Championships and a silver medal at the European Championships. At the 1976 Olympics, Remfry finished eleventh in the heavyweight class but came back to capture a silver medal in the open class.
