Thomas was the Steelers first round pick in 1973 as a cornerback out of Florida State. He played for the Steelers from 1973 to '81, including all four Super Bowl champions. Thomas played in the 1976 Pro Bowl and concluded his career with the Denver Broncos in 1982.
