Two-Time Pro Bowl Selection
White was selected in the fourth round of the 1971 N.F.L. draft by the Pittsburgh Steelers out of East Texas State. A defensive tackle, White was a Pro Bowl selection in 1972 and '73. He played for the Steelers for ten seasons and was a member of the teams that won Super Bowls IX, X, XIII and XIV. White died in 2008 at age 58 following complications from back surgery.
