Four Time U.S. Pro Racing Champion
After competing for Austria in World Cup races in 1977, Arnold turned to the professional curcuit in the United States. He was the winner of the overall title four years in a row, 1978-1981, and was also the Professional World Champion each year. He won a total of 38 races before a career-ending knee injury in Vail in 1982. He currently live in Austria and runs ski camps and hotels.
