Three-Time All-Star.
In 19 seasons with the Reds and Royals, McRae was an All-Star three times (1975, '76 and '82) and played in four World Series (1970, '72, '80, '85). He finished his career with a .290 batting average and 2091 hits. Following his playing career, McRae managed the Royals (1991-'94) and the Tampa Bay Devil Rays (2001-'02). Hal's son Brian also played in the majors.
