Five-Time All-Star
In 17 seasons with the Mets, Royals and Pirates, Otis was an All-Star in 1970-'73, '76 and the starting centerfielder in 1973. Otis won three gold gloves in 1971, '73 and '74 and batted .277 lifetime with 2020 hits. His was infamously traded by the Mets to the Royals for Joe Foy in 1970, the next season otis led the American League with 57 steals, while Foy was already out of baseball.
